Tamaraya is currently at launch. Planned delivery is in three years; your contract confirms the exact handover date and finishing specification.
The 96 m² one-bedroom penthouse plus 57 m² roof is EGP 5.6 million, with a 15% down payment of EGP 840,000. The 137 m² two-bedroom apartment is EGP 6.2 million, with a 15% down payment of EGP 930,000. The balance is paid in equal installments over seven years. These are current launch prices; increases are expected. Request a dated written quote for availability, payment frequency, fees and applicable reservation terms.
